Book your special occasion at The Coach & Horses Midgham and enjoy a truly memorable experience. From WEDDING RECEPTIONS, BIRTHDAY PARTIES to ANNIVERSARIES and CHRISTENINGS you can trust our team to take care of all the little important details and help you celebrate in style.

Our garden holds up to 70-80 and a restaurant approx. 50. We offer private hire, semi-private hire and large tables during normal service, so please do just give us a call to find out more!

It's always hard to lose a loved one, but we can help to make the process a little easier for you. Ideally situated a 2 minute drive away from the Crematorium near Thatcham, we can offer hot or cold buffets, funeral teas, sit down meals, or simply a venue for raising a glass to your loved one. Our experienced event planner will work with you and our Head Chef is happy to create a tailor made menu to meet your needs.

Includes all from traditional Afternoon Tea with a 200 ml bottle of Prosecco

We recommend plated service for a groups up to 15 people. For groups of 15 guests and more we recommend Buffet options.

ROOM HIRE FEES (updated on 11th March 2024)- !!! - NO ROOM HIRE FEE for bookings between 5th-30th April 2024, Monday - Friday until 6pm only.

The offer does not apply to Friday after 6pm, Saturday and Sunday bookings.

Monday, Tuesday - Open for PRIVATE EVENTS ONLY with minimum spend £500 for a time slot 4 hours.

Wednesday - Friday until 6pm -

£50 for a small room (right hand side of the bar) with max capacity of 18 guests

£100 for a large room (left hand side of the bar) with max capacity of 35 guests.

The whole indoor space (Small, large, lounge and bar area with max capacity of 65-70) is for £200 for 4 hours time slot.

Friday after 6pm and Saturday - 

£80 for a small room (right hand side of the bar) with max capacity of 18 guests

£150 for a large room (left hand side of the bar) with max capacity of 35 guests.

The whole indoor space (Small, large, lounge and bar area with max capacity of 65-70) is for £250 for 4 hours time slot.

Sunday - 

£120 for a small room (right hand side of the bar) with max capacity of 18 guests.

£200 for a large room (left hand side of the bar) with max capacity of 35 guests.

The whole indoor space (Small, large, lounge and bar area with max capacity of 65-70) is for £300 for 4 hours time slot.

Prices include VAT at 20% and are subject to change. 

Deposit: We will ask for a non-refundable deposit (usually 25% of the entire bill) to secure

the booking and must be confirmed by email.  

A discretionary 10% service charge is added to your bill for groups of 10 and more.
